Sergey Leontyevich Panasyuk autobiography.

I was born 28/01/1949 in Evpatoria City of the Crimean area of Ukraine. The father was military man, mother - housewife.

During study at schools of Evpatoria City, I took a great interest in mathematics, took part in school Olympiads. Higher education in field automatic and control system I received in the Sevastopol instrument-making institute in 1971.

Upon termination of institute I worked the engineer at factory "Uralasbest" in City Asbest (1971-1972), at sanatoriums of a name Lenin in Saki City (1972-1973), at a machine-building factory of a name Komsomol in Donetsk City (1973-1974).

Since 1974 I worked the engineer in laboratory of mathematical modeling of research institute of collieries. This institute is in Donetsk City. Originally I was the engineer on repair of computers. Further I have taken part in the projects on modeling processes in collieries with the help of analog computers. Has taken a great interest in mathematics.

In laboratory there were enthusiasts of fashionable scientific theme - automatic designing of printed-circuit-boards. I have chosen an original direction in the field of designing electrical wire routing of printed-circuit-boards. I was engaged in this theme some years in parallel with the official duties. The results of this work are published in leading scientific magazines of former Soviet Union. This theme was carried out by way of the personal initiative, though, I think, the results are urgent and now.

In 1976 I have moved in city Sevastopol. I was arranged on work in a design bureau of the Sevastopol instrument-making factory "Parus". The basic products of factory were computers for military purposes. The number of workers of a factory was about 6 thousand; many of them had the diploma of high education. However development of new engineering at factory were not carried out. The factory used the projects of the Moscow and Leningrad developers. With my participation the system engineering of the control and diagnostics of electronic blocks on the basis of the computers have begun. These developments have given quite good results. Therefore I have received some freedom for development of the own projects.

I did not occupy high posts in factory hierarchy and therefore I could not to organize business well; therefore my development had rather theoretical character. Some good ideas have appeared at me in the field of measuring and diagnostic engineering. In the methods of measuring electrical values, offered by me, the properties of transistors were used. Therefore for the analysis of these methods I needed to study the theory of transistors. The list of scientific works and inventions in this area is given in the resume.

Working on factory I simultaneously was the post-graduate of faculty of cybernetics of the Sevastopol instrument-making institute and developed the dissertation on a theme 'Methods of the control and diagnostics of digital blocks'. In 1985 I has defended the dissertation in the Kiev institute of problems of modeling. Despite of existing practice (it is possible, on political motives) the dissertation was directed for reviewing to the so-called "black" opponent from Moscow high certification commission. Moscow opponent has offered to remove some lacks. Though it was possible quickly to remove noticed by the reviewer lacks, I do not wanted anew to start bureaucratic machine of defense of the dissertation, as the time already has changed also importance of the Soviet scientific degree sharply has fallen.

From 1988 for 1994 I worked the scientific employee in various research organizations, which as a result of 'perestroyka' one behind another were closed. Besides I was registered as the individual businessman in the field of commerce and, expecting the termination of the period of uncertainty, gradually restored the modest savings, which have burned down in a fire of 'perestroyka'. Having collected the necessary sum, in 1997 has bought the computer, was connected to the Internet. I have bought many books on modern programming too. Two years I read the books and carried out the small programs, training in programming and not forgetting the own scientific development. Gradually I begin to carry out the orders on development WEB sites and accommodation them in the Internet.

Now I work on the home computer. I have created some programs on the basis of my scientific development.
