Project Summary. The new mathematical algorithm of wide scope is offered. This algorithm is published in the central scientific magazines. On the basis of this method computer programs and structures of the data for economical transfer of the graphic information can be developed. The purpose of the project is theoretical and an experimental research of the given method and using of this method in computer programs.

Essence of a problem: In the Ukrainian market of computer programs Ukrainian programs make a small part from total amount. The mathematical method, which allows creating high-quality programs for short time and with small expenses, is offered. Research of this method and development of concrete recommendations will enable to increase quality of software and to reduce expenditures of labor by their creation.

In the most popular graphic editors, such as Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro, last achievements of a computer science are used. These programs provide ample opportunities for editing images, however opportunities on creation of images can be improved. For example, creation of volumetric images with these programs demands significant efforts and not always provides satisfactory result. Using of the offered method allows expanding opportunities on creation of images, including 3D images. The given method already is used in the program "Images Generator" ( http://www.imagesgenerator.com ). The program is submitted in leading world catalogues Tucows, Simtel, DownloadCom and others and has the some advantages in comparison with most popular graphic editors. On the basis of the methods, used in the given program, the new economical format of graphic files can be developed. 
The offered method allows improving quality of wire routing in PCB and IC CAD. Improvement of quality of wire routing for IC allows placing a lot of elements on a crystal that in turn raises quality of designing of microprocessors. What are we going to do. To develop the experimental program for check of characteristics of the offered mathematical method. To carry out the analysis of the market of computer programs with the purpose of revealing the most actual direction of its development. To create a computer programs and built in program components on the basis of the given method. To develop strategy of promotion on the market of the developed programs and to execute marketing campaign.

The purpose of the project. Theoretical and practical research of the offered mathematical method. Development of recommendations for using of the given method in computer programs. Creation on its basis of the computer programs concerning computer graphic and CAD area.

Novelty of a theme. The content of a theme is based on the method of designing of topology developed by the project manager. This method is published in central and academic publications, has passed scientific approbation at scientific conferences and symposiums. The device, which essential attributes make essence of a method, is patented. The program "Images Generator", based on the given method, is submitted in leading world catalogues.

Work was reported at scientific conferences in Kaunas, Gurzuf, Sevastopol and others. 


Organization, Qualification and Staffing. The group of executors includes 14 people. The group consists of skilled professionals and young perspective scientists. Five people from this group have experience of participation in creation of military engineering. They have tens inventions and the proceedings, published in an open and closed publications, including articles in leading scientific magazines of former Soviet Union. The basic used foreign language is English. The structure of young participants of the project will be finally determined after the statement of the given application. It is supposed, that it will be post-graduate students and graduates of Technical University and Crimean University.


How does this project relate to our other work. The project manager continues to work on the program "Images Generator". This theme is continuation of works on creation CAD of electronic devices. Two employees now work out Internet projects in the field of tourism and interactive training. Customers are travel companies and educational institutions. The former employee of the military scientific organization and manager of the closed theme in the field of rocket engineering now works at a theoretical substantiation of his inventions


Expected results. Within the framework of the given project it is supposed to create a number of computer programs. The following programs concern to them. 

Program for graph construction and performance of flat stacking graphs. 

As core of these programs element ActiveX developed on the basis of an offered method can be used.
In the field of computer graphic development of a new economic format of graphic files is possible.

Practical value. Results of the given work have direct practical value. Computer programs can be on sale through electronic Internet shops or in retail on CD. Independent built in program components can be used in packages of large computer firms. Development of a new format of graphic files will allow reducing volumes of the information by transfer of images to distance.

The basic stages of works. Execution of the demonstration and experimental version of the program for designing topology of irregular structures. Creation WEB sites for advertising created programs. The detailed analysis of the market of computer programs with the purpose of revealing the most actual directions of works. Writing of scientific articles and reports. Execution of computer programs. Development of marketing strategy. Advertising and registration in Internet shops.

Planning of self-sufficiency. The market of computer programs in the field of computer graphic and systems of automatic designing is practically unlimited. The problem for small firms consists in sustaining a competition to powerful giants in these areas. It can be achieved by such ways. There are marketing niches on functionalities or at cost, which for the different reasons are not occupied with large firms. To find and fill in these niches is a task for small firms. And the second way - to go on the market with new ideas and inventions. The offered project is focused on the second way. Offered methods allow achieving those properties of software which are not provided with modern used methods.

The basic tool of marketing researches is Internet. With the help popular Internet catalogues it is possible to find the most progressive and required software. Catalogues give statistics of demand for those or other programs. With WEB sites help it is possible to contact manufacturers or sellers of computer programs. Promotion on the market of programs and technologies will be promoted by participation in exhibitions and conferences. Determination of firms and the organizations interested in reduction of volume of the information to transfer of images on distance will be carried out.
It is supposed to finish development of the demonstration program within the first half-year. Work on giving qualities of the commercial goods for program "Images Generator" and expansion of it functionalities will be executed in parallel. During the same time the best samples of programs in which the offered method can be used will be collected and analyzed. Main direction of work will be determined. Since the third quarter on the sixth quarter programs will be carried out. In the seventh quarter the analysis of the received results will be executed. In case of need chosen direction will be updating and writing of programs will proceed. In the tenth quarter works on advertising and promotion of software on the market will be executed. Writing of articles, scientific reports and promotional materials for STCU will be executed in the tenth quarter too.
